This policy explains how Virality Bomber handles information when you use our website and digital video-creation service.
1. Information we collect
- Account and contact details, including your email address. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes.
- Token balances, billing status and transaction identifiers from our payment processor. We do not store full payment-card details.
- Images, prompts, settings and generated videos you submit or create.
- Technical and usage data needed for security, support and service improvement.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide video generation, manage token balances and purchases, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. Uploaded content
Uploaded source images are retained for up to 24 hours to complete a generation and are then removed automatically. Generated videos and their prompts remain in the account history until the account is deleted or the user requests deletion. Users should not upload sensitive personal information unless necessary and authorized.
4. Service providers
We may use vetted hosting, AI-processing, analytics, email and payment providers. They process information under contractual restrictions. PayPal processes payment information according to its own privacy policy.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legal compliance and dispute resolution. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of personal information, and may object to certain processing. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time.
7. Cookies
The website may use essential cookies for authentication and security. Any non-essential analytics or advertising cookies should be activated only in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
